If you have not uploaded the Lease Addendum, we will email you the blank form once we receive your paid application. The Application will not be accepted without the following: - Copies of Driver's License, Social Security Card and/or Passport of all adult applicants. - Lease Contract: Signed by Unit Owner and Tenant - Lease Addendum: Unit Owner and Prospective Tenant(s) MUST Read, Sign and Initial each page. NOTE: For the Driver's License, input the two letter abbreviation for the state (Florida would be FL). If you are an international applicant, just input FL. Input your legal name exactly as it appears on a driver's license. Do not use nicknames. Do not use spanish language accents or tildes. Only letters. Payment by Credit Card in the amount of $100.00 per applicant for the Application Fee upon completion of this application. (All persons over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit MUST apply Individually). CAUTION. You are responsible for having all the documentation, there are no refunds. NO RETURN. NO REFUND.
