The Application will not be accepted without the following: - Copies of Driver's License, Social Security Card and/or Passport of all adult applicants. - Owner Letter of Authorization for Residents: Document issued by Owner authorizing and confirming Applicant residing in the unit NOTE: For the Driver's License, input the two letter abbreviation for the state (Florida would be FL). If you are an international applicant, just input FL. Payment by Credit Card in the amount of $100.00 per applicant for the Application Fee upon completion of this application. (All persons over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit MUST apply Individually). CAUTION. You are responsible for having all the documentation, there are no refunds.
